After a month of having my car ABRA called to tell me my car was ready for pickup. When I showed up the car was brought out and 4 deep scratches were on the car that weren't there before (it's a three month old car). It is completely unacceptable that I take my car in for repairs from a USAA preferred repair shop for it to be handed to me like it was. I am working with Jacob now for them to fix it. I will not choose ABRA the next time I need a repair.

I had an awesome experience with everyone. The group of professionals and well experienced people who work in ABRA made this transition very smooth and , completely, free from stress. Chet was absolutely incredible during the process of repairing my vehicle. He kept us informed of what was going on, got it done quickly, even watched my baby in the office while I moved things out of rental car.
