It was an awesome experience!! Shaun met me for the adjusting part, then Xhet met me to explain the repairing part, then Shaun took me to the enterprise area to pick up my rental. I received text messages every morning with the progress of my car repair and Chet called every day too. I was beyond empressed!! Shaun and Chet worked so well together and not one thing could be improved upon. Just keep up that great professional and personal touch plan and you will become (if not already) the best car repair service in Charlotte and beyond!! Not to mention the front staff.... Tylisha was so welcoming, pleasant, kind and professional in the best way.... my experience was amazing from the minute I walked in the door. Also, Cara at enterprise was really good too, and she gave me a fully loaded Fors Edge to drive!! I was totally spoiled!! Fantastic experience everybody!!!!! Could not thank you enough!!

The geico representative was extremely friendly and helpful. The two women working for enterprise were very nice as well. The repair was extremely fast. My damage was completely taken care of.
