My vehicle was completed when promised. There was additional damage found once the repair was started and you all contacted the insurance company and got the work approved without having to inconvenience me at all. There was even one little spot that was not even part of the damage that was even taken care of to make the door look uniform. My repair looks great and I don't feel that even the dealer could have done a better job or would have done a better job. If I need any future body work done I will make sure that I bring it to Wilburn. My experience from beginning to end, from front desk, periodic text messages, having Enterprise Rental on site to the end product has been absolutely amazing. Deborah N

A bumper for the fuel door was removed for the repair and not replaced. I'm waiting for the replacement to arrive to have it installed.

The work seems to be good. However, the person handling the account never gave me an estimated date or cost amount. Then once I finally got an answer the date was pushed out 3 times. And with the person explaining the reason changing within 10 minutes. Really felt like I was given the run around. Once I got to the shop to pick up the vehicle, there was soap residue all over the work area on the car. The manager did get someone to wipe it off. Also missing a screw cover on the driver's door. I have emailed to let them know and included a picture. If they can get the cover back to me I can snap if back into place. The car is now away at school with my daughter so it will not be easy for me to get it back over there. Overall, not very happy with the way things were handled.

We hit a deer right before Christmas. The guy's at Abra auto body and glass gave us great service, they were very courteous, and even called Santa to make sure it was not his. During the repair process we got updates daily to let us know of our vehicles progress. We highly recommend the shop if you ever need repair work on your vehicle. The Boyd Family
