I had never been in a car accident before so I was really shaken by the whole ordeal. The other driver was at fault and luckily we both had Geico so I was able to get the process of repairing my vehicle underway with my first phone call. Several co-workers had recommended Wilburn to me prior to setting up any type of repair appointment so when the Geico representative mentioned this as being an option, I scheduled the appointment. I was impressed from the moment Shawn #**** first introduced himself. He was professional but also very considerate of the fact that I had been in an accident. You all work with people on a daily basis who have been in accidents so I was surprised when Shawn said he was sorry that we had to meet under these circumstances and that I had been in an accident. He asked about it and how I was doing before we got down to business. I sincerely appreciated this. We headed to the car where Shawn #2 joined us. We discussed the work that would need to be done and at my request to only have OEM parts put on the car, they both agreed that this would be done and I wouldn't have to worry about a thing. They were wonderful and I felt very comfortable with leaving my car in their hands. After the initial walk-thru around the car, Shawn took me to the enterprise desk and I was in my rental headed to work within a matter of minutes. During the week the car was with you all, I got daily, sometimes multiple, updates about my vehicle and the confirmation that it was ready. I picked it up this morning from Shawn #2 who explained the work that had been done and assured me that if I had any issues or questions that I was free to call him. As I was getting ready to leave, he noticed the smallest speck of dirt on the car and rushed to get a towel to wipe it off for me. I was surprised by his attention to detail and while I met you all under the crappy circumstances of a car accident, I am glad I did for now I can recommend you all with confidence to others requiring similar services. I was told oniltiple occasions the card would be completed. It took an extra 7 days. The communication was horrible as well. Very disappointing.
