Took too long. Hood not on Cadillac correctly. Non smokers here yet car smelled of cigarette smoke. Swirl marks all over car vehicle was not clean ...man said they washed it week before it was finished. Not very happy.

I would never recommend this shop to anyone. Communication was less than desirable, expectations were set and were not met, and delivery left something to be desired. Please do not call. I would like to take this experience and learn from it. .... and know that at least I have ruled OUT a body shop for future needs.

The truck was so bad we didn't pick it up. It was in worse shape than when we brought it in. The paint didn't match, has "Fish Eyes", several runs, chipped paint in several locations, multiple dents and scratches that weren't there when we brought it in. It is an almost new truck that now looks like garbage!!!

A general lack of communication in my opinion.. I had to call to find out what was happening with my car.. and had to call 2 weeks or so after the initial accident to find out that the part was in..Also miscommunication between abra and my insurance company (usaa) on the payment details.
