My right side mirror needed to be replaced and the wrong mirror was sent and installed to my car. This resulted in my blind spot monitoring syatem to not to function. A new and correct mirror needs to be ordered and I will have to come in again to have that mirror installed and verified is correct which is additional time and inconvenience that I had not anticipated.

This was another excellent experience for me. I got hit on New Years and they didn't leave a note. I got a rental from Enterprise and an estimate of 19
Days for repair (which was a lot). You were done in secen days. When I picked it up, staff had cleaned my car inside and out. And, they even reinstalled some rubber parts. The work that was done was perfect, looks like new. Thank you so much!!!

Original estimate was to have it done monday, which was good. Slipped to tuesday, which meant that I had to get to work very early to pick it up...then it slipped from Tuesday to wednesday after I got to work on tuesday, which meant another day of getting out of the house at 6:00 am, which sucked.
