I was impressed. Pacific Elite surpassed my expectations after dealing with Alliance Insurance (the worst insurance company I've every dealt with). Pacific Elite repaired my vehicle and managed the line of communication needed to finish repairs with the insurance agency responsible for paying for the work (Alliance). I have to say, they had a challenge on their hands, since Alliance is one of the worst rated companies I can think of with a AAA BBB rating?! Check Yelp if you don't believe me.

Everyone was very personable and professional. I've been coming there for years now and have consistently had excellent service. I'm a pretty lazy person so if I go somewhere to have work done, I don't want to go out of my way or have to lift a finger if I don't have too (did I mention I was lazy?). I came in, gave them my car they had a rental guy pick me up and I returned the car to you when I picked up my shinny professionally repairs car. That's what I paid for, and that's what I got...how often does that happen?? Please thank everyone involved with the entire process for me. From the first point of contact at the counter to some greasy guy in the shop. They all make it work for the customer.
BTW you may want to hose off that fake plant in the ladies room, it's pretty dusty!

I am pleased to say that the work that was done is amazing, the color was matched **** to ****(especially the unique color tint) , flawless work! . They even polished and waxed the whole body. The car is refreshed and brand new like the day i got it of the car lot. They completed the repairs before the expected completion date let alone the updates and contact they made to keep me informed of the work. I'm impressed with the service, I'll definitely recommend this shop!
