Overall pleased with service, but when I arrived to pickup my "completed" car, the front license plate and holder had not been attached. Had to wait another 45 minutes before I could finally take delivery.

Excellent quality repair. Because it was an old car it would have been better to preserve some of the parts, because we learned that the replacement part was no longer available (Toyota Land Cruiser running board).

I was very pleased with the irk completed on my car by pacific elite. In particular, I would like to highlight employee mike Nguyen who was especially professional and communicative. My car was twice as clean when it left as when it went in. While I hope to not have any more accidents, his is the type of service that makes or a repeat customer. Keep up the good work.

When I was told my vehicle would be ready two days early, I was impressed with PacificElite's ability to complete the repairs much faster than anticipated. When I looked at the repairs (replace driver front fender and repair/paint rocker panel on driver side) I immediately noticed a large gap between the headlights and fender and the vehicle exterior was dirty. For me, this clearly signaled that nobody had bothered to check the quality of the work before delivering the vehicle back to me. All of my concerns, however, were resolved at the time.
