Danny was communicative and clear in expectations regarding the total time required for repairs to be completed. Front office staff was not always as professional, courteous, or knowledgeable as they could have been. When the worker helping me (Stephanie) had to ask her co-worker (Tiffany) multiple times regarding my service needs, rental car need, and insurance claim info...it makes me doubt her qualifications and skill set. So far, the quality of the body work seems fine. Time will be the true test of long-lasting quality and excellence.

Mike was very nice and helpful and did a very good job updating me with the progress of the car repair and answered my questions . The car repair was excellent and the 2 ladies at the desk are very helpful and nice (sorry I’m not good in remembering names

Everyone there was very professional. From the ladies In the front to the gentleman who helped me through out the Entire process. And the end result so far looks very good. THANK YOU! Hopefully I will never need repair work but If I do I will use Pacific Elite. And recommend if needed.

Pacific Elite Collision is the Ritz-Carlton of repair shops! Thank you for setting the schedule a week in advance of the time and day my car will be done and then calling me on the minute on time when it was done. The work is meticulous and I'm very satisfied. I will refer you to anyone who ever asked me about a collision shop.
