This is the best shop I've ever worked with. The whole team is great. GEICO and Enterprise not at the same standard as the staff of Pacific Elite. Angel and JV ate the greatest.

I am very satisfied with my experience at Pacific Elite. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive during my visits to the office. JV, his assistant (I believe his name's Angel) & Eric from Geico were all very helpful & eager to make sure I felt like I was in good hands. I felt comfortable instantly. I was notified of all steps along the way. I felt like I was over-seeing the the project myself. Kudos on a job well done, all the way around! Eric was able to upgrade my rental vehicle to accommodate my everyday work needs at no extra cost. I highly recommend this professional team of people for all your repair needs. Every single person was helpful through the entire prices from the moment I walked in the door and spoke to the receptionist. It's rare to see this level of professionalism and courtesy anymore. Thank you for turning a "pain in the neck" situation into a pleasurable experience!
