Already gave you 5 stars on Yelp. Thanks for everything. Would suggest fine-tuning the auto email system. It told me my car was ready a day before it actually was ready. I rushed over only to find out I needed to come back the next day. Everyone polite and friendly, the work was impeccable.

There were two items reported when the car was inspected with Geico: the trunk still does not open via the latch next to the driver's side, and the stereo still cannot play CDs. Pretty disappointed as I can't afford to pay any additional money, drop the car off again, or have a rental car.

Pacific Elite Collision met and even went beyond my expectations regarding my SUV's repairs. Jose, the adjuster assigned to me was extremely helpful and always kept me up to date with the progress of the repairs. So thankful; my car looks brand new!
