The email alerts system could use some fine tuning. I recorded an email on 8/13 letting me know that my car was on track to be finished on 8/15 at 5pm. An hour later I received a call saying my car would be ready that day (8/13). I did not pick up my car until the following morning. About 5 minutes after I picked up my car I received another email stating that my car was almost finished. I am completely satisfied with the work that was done and happy that it was ahead of schedule, but the email system is a little off.

Body filler dust left in cracks inwindshield channels. Sloppy workmanship and attention to detail. Obvious bumper damage not fixed but was on invoice. Windshield replaced with sub standard parts that were not broken before hand. Clear coat is too shiny does not match the factory paint. Lack of communication. From the bodyshop on work to be done. Scheduling and when the car was finished. The automated text communicated better but we're completely off in timing.
