I received a message saying that my car was scheduled to be ready at 4:30pm around 1pm on monday, then I never received any text confirming that my car was ready after that. I then called to see if it was ready after hearing nothing for 2 days and was told that it had been ready. After hanging up, I finally received an actual confirmation text saying that my car was ready, two days later. The rental company was under the impression that it had been ready so I’m now paying $87 out of pocket for having a rental too long. Something needs to be done about the notification system so nobody else needs to experience this.

Very satisfied with the workmanship of my car. This is my second experience with Pacific Elite and would highly recommend them to everyone. I don't expect to come back but lately my car must have a sign thats says “Hit Me”. Lol. Again, very satisfied and a job well done. Also, the people that work there are all very nice and very highly knowledgeable. Thank you again Pacific Elite

The services done by Pacific Elite in Body repair of my Camry was perfect. Over all rating, I would give "Perfect" score in all services.From the time car was received and all the functions of the Receptionists and customer services and attendants, complete respect was manifested by each individual personnel.I had recommended to at least four of my friends Pacific Elite services who were all happy at the result of the services. KEEP UP, the good job done.

Besides the excellent repair and paint, communication was wonderful and repairs were done a little ahead of schedule . But most unexpected was the thorough cleaning the interior received. So nice!! Thanks!! Linda
