This is my second service with Chilton. I looked on YELP reviews before I decided to use you again. Reviews indicated that some other previous users thought that you were giving poorer service than on their previous service but I decided to go ahead anyway. You were on time with your estimate and with the repair done quite well. Updates on line to follow the work flow were very nice.

It has been a great experience, with lots of communication about the work being done along the way. There is still one piece left to be completed, but the car already looks fantastic, and I appreciate having it back. Five-star treatment from everyone I spoke with and met. I'll definitely recommend Chilton to others, especially the Santa Clara location to other Tesla owners. Thanks!

Excellent service from start to finish. Very polite and helpful employees. Samy was great in particular-the other gentlemen whose names I don't recall were helpful as well. I was regularly updated on status and the work was finished on time. Car rental was nicely arranged via Hertz with pickup and drop off at Chilton location itself. Highly recommend.

Start to finish was an excellent experience.You did a beautiful job on the repair of my car. I want to thank the young lady at the reception as well. I thought I left my rapid pass in the trunk of my rental and she so graciously went out and looked for it and called me right back. I will definitely recommend your service.

Chilton's did a good job of helping me get a window replaced on my tesla. even though Tesla took months to get my window to Chilton's. After months of waiting, the day after my window came in, it was install and my car returned to me. Thanks ! andy

Great amazing work is always to be expected from Chilton. I've always brought my family's cars here. Chilton is trusted in our family. I especially appreciate how communicative Chilton is on the status of the my vehicle. My car had more damage that initially stated and they let me know immediately and told me that I would have to wait a few days to pick it up. Honestly the process was painless the staff was friendly. Chilton is the best in the Bay.
