They wasted an entire morning of my time by telling me that my car was ready (sending emails and calling) and then after I took an Uber out to their location then I waited 20 min in line to talk with someone only to be informed that my car was not in fact done and that I would need to uber home and they would have the car dropped off the next day. Overall it cost me several hours of time and could have been completely avoided.

The lady at front desk was rude.....n they lied n told me my car would b ready on one date but wasn't ready.witch I had to pay another day for rental.I thought it would b better since my work was next door to the shop.....over all not good. I would never tell any body to take there cars there....I will b posting a negative review on yelp....thanks for rudeness n lies....good looking out....

Getting your car fixed is not an easy process, both logistically and emotionally. But, if you have to do it, Chilton is the place to go to! Both Ken and Steve are very knowledgeable and compassionate. They take the time to make sure that you are comfortable leaving your car with them. They take care of it with as much care as you do. In/Out is a breezy process. Definitely recommend them. Sriram.
