The front office (Sami and Ken) was very professional, courteous and friendly. Ken ran the quote quickly and we scheduled the car. We requested a four day turn around but to our amazement it was done in one day. I like that they sent an email and a follow up call for pick up. The check out was quick and the price was great. Wow!! They did an excellent job and the car was cleaner than when I dropped it off. I will highly recommend Chilton Auto Body.

I'd asked to be notified when the car went to Tesla for recalibration so I could ask the service center for a few other minor things (door latch issue, etc.) and I did not get that notification, but otherwise things were perfect.

I was disappointed the car battery was barely at one third of the capacity when I picked up the car (92 miles range). After 2 weeks in the shop, surely there was time for a "refill" of the battery... Beside this, I'm very satisfied of the service I received.
