Professional Collision Foley

WAs promised completion date of 2/13 and given updates saying repair was going nicely and they were almost finished. Now it is 2/13 and the repairs are not apparently even close to being finished. Their updates said that if they encountered problems they would call. Apparently they had problems but no calls. These folks are NOT professional. They have had my car three weeks when another body shop I contacted said they would do the job in two. I used Professional ONLY because Nationwide recommended them. Will not use them again.

This place is a joke. They are rip off artist! Took my truck to get looked at for my insurance after already getting 3 other estimates which showed over 3k worth of damage to my truck. They offered me a $900 check and told me that they would address the rest of the damage once I allowed them to work on the truck. I feel if they didn't want to recognize the damage which was very clear to see, and had the other estimates to back up the claim, why in the world would I waste my time having them repair it. WORST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER! Tyler Ebert wasted my time and made it very clear he didn't care about the damages to my truck.
