Fernando and Claudia were friendly and helpful from start to finish. When I explained to Fernando that what happened, (it was a comp loss), but that I there were a few extra small things I wanted done, (as long as it was in for the bumper refinish anyway), he completely understood and the final job was still fairly close to his original estimate! I appreciated that, because I was expecting to pay more! Also, Claudia was very professional and arranges for the no-hassle ride home, and delivery, etc. Little touches like that, and the updates made me feel like they cared about the customer!! And it came out great! Thanow Craftsman Collision for a fantastic job. I would recommend you- to anyone!
