Like chemotherapy having a wreck is a huge inconvenience but the people at craftsman were so polite and helpful it’s like I never happened. And they do beautify work in the cleanest facility I have ever seen.

This was one of our best experiences we have had. Everyone was so helpful . Mike and Claudia were in touch every day with the latest update. The shop is amazingly clean high tech, right on every step of the way. Absolutely the best , did I mention the cookies, yum. Everyone we meant there seemed happy to be part of the team. I've been to Craftsman Collision twice and cannot say enough about them. Excellent all the way around, from Claudia at the front desk, Fernando, the Service Writer and the true pros in the shop all do tremendous work! The car is detailed and beautiful when I pick it up. You won't be disappointed.
