While the team went above and beyond to make sure things were done, it was not good to find out that the mats in my trunk were not there initially. Saturday everything was resolved to my satisfaction.

The car repair looks great. One suggestion is to under promise and over deliver with respect to when the car will be ready. Otherwise you frustrate your customer when the delivery date keeps getting pushed back.

I did not like the spray fragrance. When the car first cane out, it was not totally fixed. The hack door ya fle needed more repair. It was loose.
