The repair took a lot longer than I was originally quoted. When I had the car inspected, they told me it would take 4 days, as the repairs were pretty minor. It ended up taking 9 days, more than double, and I wish the repairs would have been completed sooner.

My headlights have a problem, and the warning sensor has a problem also. The left headlight that was replaced pulsates slightly. The headlights do not turn on, in the on position, only in the auto dim position they turn on and do not auto dim. Also who will pay for a rental car when I drop it off, I drive about 60 miles a day. I will call Monday. My Honda looks great . You did a nice job putting it back together. I am very happy.Thank you

Although it was taken care of ultimately, after another night in a rental vehicle, the condition H&V tried to return my vehicle to me in was completely unacceptable. The exterior work they did on my rear bumper was great, the inside of my vehicle however was DISGUSTING. It looked like someone had taken a rag, covered in white paint, and rubbed it all over my driver seat, steering wheel, and entire door panel in hopes that I wouldn’t notice. I had a huge white splotch of some sort of substance on my back window as well, that would have been more than visible to whoever parked my vehicle for pick up. When the shop manager was called, he walked out with me and tried to say it was just a “frozen rag” that was used to wipe my vehicle. The fact that they thought this was an acceptable condition to return my vehicle to me in, when it was dropped off spotless, makes me wonder how much they really do pay attention to detail. I will say, they did make it right, but that situation could have been avoided had someone opened their eyes and looked at the vehicle before it exited the shop and was attempted to be returned to me. In the future I will most likely use a different collision center just to avoid the headache/stress.

I am completely satisfied with the repairs done to my car.My car looks brand new.Everyone there was so nice to me. They kept me informed every step of the repair process.I just can't say enough about how they handled my claim. I'm going to write my insurance company to let them Know how exceptional i think they were. Obviosly I would recommend them to anyone I know.

H&V couldn't do enough for their customers! They are in constant contact with. Tom, Michael, Josh.... and everyone is just as nice as can be. Companies can learn "customer service" from H&V. Time to share your secrets !

Timeframe was distressing scheduled weeks ahead of drop off and there was an extension of time. Got daily update told it was "on schedule" Called at 2 PM to seek advice re pickup and told would get call Call came at 5:56 and closing at 6. Obviously no intention of being done as promised,
