Vehicle was not brought into shop for a week after dropping it off. Which I borrowed a family members vehicle for that week trying to make this easy on the shop. Then it was done 2 days after it was promised to be done. Therefore bringing rental back I was charged for 2 days that h&v wouldn’t cover. I have used h& v a few times for repairs through Allstate but will never again bring any vehicles there again! I also will be filling a complaint with Allstate about the service and rude customer service received by John the shop manager!!

Job well done!!! I was kept informed about my car throughout the whole process via text messages. My car was finished on the date that was originally given to me. Staff was very pleasant & professional. I would highly recommend H&V to all of my friends & family

had car way longer then you should have. then i called you to see if it was done today, you said yes. i told you my sister and mom were picking it up. they get there, you say it’s not done even though my sister told you it was out front. you made her leave and come back. then, you wouldn’t accept a starter check without a 5 phone calls and permission from the president. your supervisor got involved and was rude. then you told my sister that you were going to call ME when it was done , which you never did anyhow. poor 1st and last experience with you

H&V kept me informed with the entire process from start to finish wuth the repair work. I had to have the vehicle back by a certain date as I needed to go back to college. I was concerned the date may not be met as the car was brought in the shop three days after it was dropped off. They held to their ready date and the car looks wonderful. Thank you!

The girls at the front desk were wonderful with me . I was very anxious being seperated from my truck and they kept in constant contact with me as to the status of my repair and worked with me to keep me updated

It looks good, I picked my truck up at 5pm on Monday the 15th. From what I could see it looked really good. Though being dusk out it wasn’t clear to how well it came out. I will get a better look at it during the daytime.

I had very good service and did a very thorough job. They were very helpful and kept me informed on the status of my car, and any additional expenses. The people were very nice and makes sure every customer leaves with a satisfied experience.

The customer service was excellent, I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their car repaired. I picked up the car in the evening and it was dark so I will look closely in the daylight to see all repair work. From what I could see, the car looks like new!
