The work was great and very easy process. Only thing I had any issues with was the drop off and pick up times were a bit tricky with only being open 8-6 which is common work times for most people. For those who are not getting a rental car have to coordinate times that people can drive you/ drop you off.

It was the most painless repair I've ever had. Great Comunication through out the process. Finished ahead of schedule. Even took a few unwanted decals off. Staff was helpful in retrieving and sending need documents via email that were in the car. Very helpful. Thanks to all for a job well done.

My car took 7 days to "get in to the shop" then it still took 4 days to fix (bumper repair). It seemed like if they made me wait a week the parts would have been ordered and it would have been expedited.

Yes, My car looked beeter coming out of the shop than it did before the accident. Great customer service. I have to say my favorite during this experience was Amber, John manager and of couse Guy. Thank you all for for such a tragic experience turn out to be such a positive one. Jessica B
