My husband took his car yesterday (8/13/2015) for oil change to the Volkswagen dealership that he purchased it from, it's a new car and they told him that the air filter and some screws were missing from the engine. He had to pay 50 for this, as he had 20% discount otherwise he would have paid more. This is unprofessional and I'm very disappointed. It makes me wonder what other parts they changed esp. since it took them 16 days to repair a small hole we had in out car.

As far as the repairs go they look great but the inside of the car was really dirty from I guess dust and things could have been cleaned a little better. Also the car was there just about a month which I thought was an awfully long time

The whole experience was great, but in particular Brian exceeded expectations. When I had a problem with how my car was repaired he got me in within an hour and personally fixed the issue.
