Very pleased with the completed repair. Looks great. Our problem is with the payment method and your refusal to accept two (2) personal checks turned down by "CHECK CENTER", both of which had an abundance of funds. I then used a Visa card that I had no intentions of using. This won't do much for your future business. Also its not acceptable. I have my Local Bank (Ballston Spa Nat'l Bank) looking into this practice. They have never heard of this method. I think you have a great Service. Don't degrade it by using this method. tom esposito

I was completely satisfied with H&V until it came to the process better yet ordeal I had to deal with when picking up my vehicle. First off, I didn't appreciate the fact I had to call on the day it was SUPPOSED to be ready and didn't receive a call back until 30 minutes from the scheduled pick up time. I then am five minutes away from the facility and am told the bracket for my bumper hadn't come in and sorry for the inconvience. Inconvience of driving and missing my second shift of work because I was supposed to get my car back and now I'm out of that money for the day also. This was annoying seeing as I was on my way to get my car I've waited almost a month for and they had no communication with me to let me know that I would have a delay. I received a daily message on Monday stating if I didn't hear anything that July 8th at 5:00 pm my car would be ready for me. I get a message AFTER I spoke with the gentleman stating my car wouldn't be ready until today, July 9th, at 5:30 pm. I let it go for the night and proceeded to call first thing in the morning. I get told that the bracket has yet to come in and so now it will be ready on the 10th. Not until I lost my cool with you people did I get any sort of action taken and am called up 2 minutes later to tell me "oh my manager himself is personally going to get it from Hyundai and it will be ready after ****:00 pm today" Funny how that works. I then get there all set to go and as I sit in my seat and go to adjust it the handle that is used to do so , it miraculously just came off in my hand. I walked right back in there already infuriated about the stupidity and no communication what so ever and just waved it like really? This wasn't like this when I dropped it of to you, my car is in mint condition and we went over everything before I dropped it off. The first thing the gentleman tells me is "oh we never moved your seats" um lies, because you had to get in my car to vacuum and move it to the front of the building and I'm 5'**** so you definitely moved it seeing as I eat the steering wheel in order to drive. They fixed it with a screw and we called it a day but they know I was not happy and I'm still not happy the more I think about it. I will never go through this company again God forbid something unforeseen was to occur. You're shady, and make no sense at all with the smoke you try to blow up your customers asses. If you could've gotten the part that easily there is no reason to have waited as long as I did or have me lose my cool in order to get the job done. It's obvious H&V is in cahoots with Enterprise milking the insurance companies of their money and having their customers keep the rentals longer than needed because of "parts". I'm sure this will get brushed under the rug and this will be the end of it but I've never been so unhappy with a collision center in my life and I'll be sure to never recommend your "services" or whatever you want to call them to anyone.

Repair looks great. Completed on time. Communication was good. I didn't find the general emails to be useful (no updated information was provided). The repair was simple and didn't take that long to complete so not many updates were needed. I would consider using H&V again.

Everyone made me feel secure about leaving my truck and have high quality work done.I loved the updates I received.when I went to pick up my truck I was highly impressed.They did a terrific job.I also liked that they replaced with my permission my broken door handle and other fog light at a very reasonable charge.I would go back to them in a heart beat.Its nice to see people taking pride in their work.Thank you Jane B
