You didn't take my car to the facility I requested in Troy; you told me it would be fixed in Albany but when I showed up there a week and a half later (at which point I hadn't even heard if you'd received my car, nor had anyone even looked at it yet) I was told it was taken to Saratoga, 35 miles away. The chief mechanic there, Guy, gave me the barest amount of updates and kept apologizing, saying "I'd rather do the job right than give it back to you quick." But when I finally got my car back, the heat didn't work; in the middle of winter, with a car with radiator damage, are you honestly telling me you wouldn't check the heat on a car? I will not be reusing your service.

First of all my vehicle was in an accident. I was told i could pick my car up on 12/10/2014 so get there and my car looked great but would not start until i pushed on the gas a little (never had to do before) after about 5 minutes i got it to start and tons of smoke was coming out of my car (agin never did that before) so was very late to my job after dealing with that. the garage said they would fix the problem and they did (so i thought) till i picked my car up at 10am Thursday December 11/ 2014 car stalled first time turning the key but the second time started good. got home all was fine till i started it to go to work it was puttering and shaking a lot then stalled took 15mins to start it. Finally got it restarted and it stalled about 10 minutes down the road in mid traffic on a busy main rd took another 15-20minutes to start it agin. So i proceeded down a less busy rd incase it happened agin and it did... not even 2minutes down the rd. My vehicle has never had an issue starting before and has never stalled on me also the check engine light was on and was not on when it was towed there i know this because i started it for the gentlemen who towed my car( also it started like a champ as it always Had till now. needless to say i had to call and have it retowed there had to miss another days work and possible termination from my job because i couldn't make it there without a vehicle. I'm not really a complaining type of person but its kind of a nuance and a inconvenience for me because if i still have a job i won't make it there on 12/12/2014 tomorrow either. as far as i know my car is back at the garage and hoping it can be fixed properly. Thank you.

Amazingly prompt service and very professional and curious people!

Tire pressure was not checked. The brake light comes on when you drive over 60 mph. Better follow-thru.

What a great and honest service team i would tell anyone to go see them.. the only thing i was not happy with was when i try and call the specific office i get forwarded to what seems like a call center....
