This is the first time i had ever had to have damage repaired to my car. they guys over in saratoga did a awesome job. the car looks perfect. i am very happy with the turn out. and really like the report everyday on were they were with my car. that was great. overall very happy and the car looks perfect just like it came off the show room floor the day i bought the car. very pleased with the work and very happy

The personal attention was outstanding. I was treated with respect. If I ever need my truck repaired again I would definitely go to h& v collision.

The repair was fine, but every day it was being told the exact opposite thing/wrong things about my car repair than the day before. I was originally told, before I made my appointment, that the repair would take 2 days. I called one week in advance to schedule my appointment, so that the necessary parts could be ordered in a timely manner. When I dropped off my car on Wednesday, I again asked if it would take two days, and I was told it would. I also signed a document saying that my car would be delivered to me when it was finished. Two days later, I received a voicemail saying that my car would not be ready until early the next week, possibly monday or Tuesday. I then called back and spoke to a different person, and was told that they did not want to rush the job so that's why it would not be ready until the next week. I was also told that my car would be brought to Queensbury, which I was very confused about seeing as I do not live in or near Queensbury. When I informed the person on the phone that I lived in Ballston Spa, I was then told that I had to come pick up my car, meaning I had to find a way to get to the shop without a car, to get my car, when I had signed something saying that the car would be delivered to me. THEN the very next day, I received another voicemail telling me that my car was ready for pickup. I promptly called back and asked why now it was ready before the weekend, and the woman called the Saratoga store and then told me that they "rushed the job to get it done before the weekend," which is exactly the opposite thing I wanted to hear, because I was told the day before that it wasn't a job that should be rushed. On top of all this, the texting feature I signed up for was completely useless, because I was only sent text messages AFTER every single time I had to call back and clarify something, because I was being told multiple conflicting things. Disaster.

It was easy to have this work done in a timely manner with little effort from me. Thank you.

They did a great job in identifying all of the damage and then making the car look like new. I will definitely go back next time my car needs work.
