It was a quick and painless process. Not only did the repair look good but you cleaned and vacuumed my car...and god knows it needed it. That alone would make me a repeat customer. You were also quick to get the repair done.

Everything was good except they did not put the chrome "GTI" badge back on my front grill. And also, Ive been getting some headlight warning light coming on on my dash. I called about these issues yesterday but have not heard back since.

My car was dropped off April 7th.The completion date was changed 3 times. What was suppose to be a 4 day completion turned into 13 days to finally get my car back.

There's a problem with the car. On the way home this morning the hood open light came on and started flashing. I stopped to check the hood and found it tightly closed. When I got home I tried to open and close the hood several times, but the light keeps flashing. Please have someone call me as early as possible Monday morning -- preferably befor 9AM. If it's something minor, I can drive up to Colonie. If it can't be fixed quickly, I may need to leave it and get another rental car. My number is ****-****-xxxx. Cell is ****-****-xxxx John F

My original estimate for completion of repairs was April 10th. On the 9th, I was told that the new estimate was either the 15th or 16th due to cars in front of mine taking longer than expected. When the 16th rolled around, the repairs would go into the 17th. H&v did take over my rental car payment starting on the 11th, and the repairs were done well, but the repair completion date constantly being pushed back was very frustrating

It took too long to fix. From 4/3 to 4/14 is a bit long. It was supposed to be done 4/13 and then I was told 4/14 the latest 4/15. And I received the call to pick it up around 5pm and only had an hour to pick it Up so I had to wait until 4/15 to pick it up.

The vehicle was turned into the shop on 03/16/15, and not completed until 04/08/15. 3 ****/2 weeks for minor repairs needed was extreme.
