Everything appears ship shape - clean, tidy, and nice to get my du Suzuki back. The Enterprise rental was fine but my Suzuki five years old felt better than the rental a year old. I liked the rental and enjoyed some of its qualities over the 20 days but was surprised as to how much better the Suzuki felt all around. I was surprised how much more responsive it was vs the Kia rental having just gotten out of it after 20 days use. H&F has the Suzuki looking like new good job. Jim Hart

A few issues from our pick up this morning. And unfortunately there was not someone available today to address concerns. Expected that the additional time (10 days past the original delivery date) would have allowed ample time to make it "perfect". Seems like it was rushed at the end - several dusty surfaces and a spray bottle and towel left on back seat. A few surfaces have some smudges that I will need to try to clean. One plastic panel near the seat belt is very scratched up. Also, the Toyota logo on the lift gate is not the correct piece (has blue highlights meant for a highbrid vehicle). Finally, I was disappointed in the communication towards the end of the job - received a text on 12/19 stating job was on schedule for 12-23. Received call on Monday 12/22 that job would be delayed a week. Final date changed a couple more times. Also, received a text before a phone call stating that the delays would go through ****/5 because of a delayed piece even though phone call said car was ready and needed to be picked up Friday pm or Saturday (****/3) morning. I am appreciciative that h&v covered a rental from 12/29-****/3. Looking forward to talking to someone. Thank you, Camille B
