Initial estimate was Jan.5. I was told that It would take some time to get the parts in. Car was brought in for actual repair on Jan. 27, and picked up Feb 20, cause for the delay (I was told) was "waiting for parts".
I appreciate the fact that you picked up the tab for the rental car that was over and above what the insurance co. allowed.
I was kind of disappointed because the car was covered with salt and dust from Central Ave. I don't know how this will affect the new paint. The employee that took me to my car said that he could "have it hosed off" but it was 5 deg. outside and I was afraid to freeze the doors.

H&V Collision, in my view, is the best in the business. My car was delivered pristine, fully detailed and beautifully repaired. And how about flexibility? I was delayed in getting to Albany for pick-up but Jennifer and Ricky stayed (happily, I might add!) until nearly 6:30 so that I could pick up my car. You guys are the best and I would recommend you to anyone, even if it meant them driving further. I'm not sure it gets any better.

When we first talked on the phone they said my radio was not working. I suggested it may be a fuse. They said they'd check it out. When I got the car, the radio was not working. So I brought it to the woman's attention that brought me out to see my car. While she was there I opened the hood and then opened my fuse box. I have replaced that fuse before. And I used a fuse that lights up when it's blown. Low and behold that fuse was lit up. Hmmm, did any person look in the **** fuse box! It's not like it takes an hour to check the **** fuses. Hell, I even told them I had spare fuses in my car that they could use! . . On another note, I will have to call you about this, my drivers side speaker keeps cutting in and out. And my tire pressure was low. So I had to fill those up too. While I'm greatful for the rest of the repairs. It's the little things that count in customer service. Pay more attention next time will you.

I have some concerns about the inside of my headlamps that weren't apparent until tonight. The one that was just disassembled but not replaced appears to be scratched up(passenger side). Also on the one that was replaced, the exterior glass seems to have a film inside over the lower inch of the assembly, less so on the other. This was only visible with the lights on tonight. Also would like to know if lamp beams were adjusted per BMW specs since they are adaptive lights and their illumination seemed somewhat uneven while driving at night? Thank you.

The job done on my vehicle was exceptional.my only disappointment was that it took an extra day to repair. My disappointment was soley based on the fact that I missed my brand new car. Driving a rental isn't quite the same as driving your own car. They did a wonderful job. Customer service was excellent! !
