2 day repair scheduled 2 weeks out, takes 5-6 business days. Instead of $16 liability insurance it cost me $70+ because of this delay.
I'm also confused why one of your employees felt the need to dismantle electronics at the front of my car.

I had complete confidence, since they were recommended by USAA, that the repair work would be done right. The staff is wonderful; professional but personable, knowledgeable and patient. Your contacting protocols in place are very helpful and reassuring. The invoice with itemization program being used is great. Receiving texts and emails are efficient, and the contact numbers and names are clearly provided, not rushed or possibly garbled in a voice message. It was a nice touch to have thoroughly cleaned my vehicle inside and out, unexpected and much appreciated. I plan to bring my car back to repair a mystery dent and I hope it goes as smoothly. This job was even completed more quickly than originally estimated.

The work done on my vehicle was done very well, however the vehicle sat at the shop for 4 -5 days before it was even looked at! The repairs took 15 business days to do..during which time I had to find a car to use. I think for future reference a vehicle being repaired should not be requested to be dropped off unless it's going to be worked on immediately. Thank you.
