Awesome service. Loved the regular updates so I knew where things were in the process. Plus it was ready 4 days early! Very very pleased. And would recommend in a heartbeat!

I was NOT completely satisfied. My repair was done well. However after leaving and driving the highway, I realized that my hood was not closed. It was flapping in the wind. How do you let a customer leave with out checking to make sure the hood was closed. Also, my headlights were taken off auto. And my interior lights were also touched as they aren't turning on with car. They should make sure when returning a car that those things are put back as the customer had it.

Mark and Ricky took excellent care to make sure that I return again if needed. When a problem presented itself Ricky served up just the right customer service and support and made me feel valued as a customer. Mark also ensured that although my vehicle was a bit delayed in completion I was completely satisfied with the final product. The car looks as good as new and the team put air in my tires, aligned the steering (I think) and detailed her beautifully. The repair work appeared to be done very well. Additionally the car was cleaned exceptionally well, especially the wheels and tires. I would like to know how the tire and wheel cleaning was done.

There were visible chips in the paint where the work was completed. In addition there is a scratch approximately 8inches long that was not there upon service drop off.

Ricky and his team went above and beyond to make my experience at H&V seemless. From providing me with a free loaner car to a complete interior/exterior detail it was a great experience working with H&V. My new favorite collision shop in Albany! How refreshing is was to receive such professional and friendly service from people who really enjoy their jobs.
