****. The rear right side of the car was repaired, repairman has left his stained hand marks on the inside of the car. 2. There is some sort of black glue/epoxy stain on the same glass. 3. Boot which used to close properly does not close anymore. 4. repairman left some sort of thin pieces of plastic junk in the cabin which i had to clean.

I have been coming to Fix Auto for all of my collision repairs for the last 3 or 4 years. Never am I disappointed with the level of service I receive. Dave is awesome!! He kept the line of communication open letting me know exactly what takes place with my car each time. He always set up my rental for me and make sure I'm taken care of before I leave. All the staff in the office is very helpful when I had to call and check in on things. I will continue to be a happy customer witj Fix Auto. Thank you for your service!

I am totally satisfied with the repair. It looks as good as new. The only thing I might change is the rental car location. While they are friendly and courteous, the car was not full and had two large scrapes in front and back. The car drove fine, I've just never rented a car that looked as bad. So everything at Fix was great, the Hertz was not as good an experience.
