Blanca was very helpful and guided me through the process. The text updates were great. There was a funny sound when I picked up the car and Anthony drove me with me to resolve... He found a screw in my tire. 10s all around!

Took my car twice for different claims. First claim didn’t match color paint on car. At the second claim paint color was fixed but still didn’t match. Good customer experience; but unsatisfactory on color paint.

Excellent service, on time performance, good customer service. I rate them a 10! Would refer them to family and friends! A fresh cup of coffee ?? is what a customer would want. Thank you for having a water dispenser at my age I need water. Overall I rate you a 10. My car looks awesome, thank you again.

Personnel kept on referring to me by husband’s first name. That is unacceptable. Don’t care what name State Farm uses, it should be easy to add my name. Otherwise the repair was great. On time, done well. But lost a huge amount of goodwill because I was not addressed by my name even though I was very vocal about this.
