There was **** 3/4 “ scratch on the passenger rear side door that was noted on the vehicle Drop - Off Review and I was assured it would be taken care of. However, before I left with the repaired car, I noticed the scratch was still there. No one explained to me why they hadn’t repaired it until I asked. They called Marvin, the damage assessor, and he looked at the scratch and rubbed it. He recommended that I buy a “pen” at the Toyota place. It is still not clear why Fix Auto would assure me they would fix the scratch and then not do it.

Would like to start off by saying thank you!!, for making it so easy and convenient to update me on my truck repairs, in regards to the repairs, by far exceeded my expectations. My only concern is that, after dropping off my vehicle I was not called to be given an estimate of how long the repair will take. You guys do awesome work and will return if necessary.
