I liked that when you say your going to call about your car you do. Plus you go above and beyond to make sure nothing else is wrong with the car. I also like getting the retro let me know when my car will be done. If not they notify you so you can always be aware if you need to find a ride to work or so on. Also they came outside and explained what they did to my car.

Fix Auto Chula Vista has excellent customer service, was very customer-centric. Atmosphere of the shop was friendly and comfortable. Staff were friendly but professional.

I was greeted with friendly , knowledgeable & professional personnel. Marvin reassured me that ,” It would look as if it never happened”. And he was right. My car looks as new as when I bought it . I am very pleased with their expertise. I like the convenience of having Enterprise pick me up and drop me off.

They were very friendly especially the dog he was so adorable. They quoted me a better price and the convient location for me to pick up my car within my lunch break. Their courtesy text messages and status updates were very helpful. I got my car nack a day early. They deserve more than a 5star rating Merry christmas
