Maceil's Auto Body

I had and accident with my Honda Accord and my insurance recommended I take the vehicle to Maceil's Auto Body for the repair. Like anyone else, I was very apprehensive because I wasn't familiar with the business. Now that the repair is completed, I am so happy my insurance sent me to this shop. When I initially called the shop, the first question the guy asked me was, " were you hurt, are you ok." That simple question instantly made me feel like an important customer, not just another person needing their car fixed. In fact, each time I called, emailed, or was in the shop, I was treated courteously and professionally. I could just tell, this is how this business approaches everyday and every customer. Never during the whole process did I feel like I was receiving " fast talkin " or B.S. just good, old fashioned integrity. Upon picking up the vehicle, they even washed and cleaned the interior. I didn't expect that to happen, that's what I call going above and beyond. The car looked as good as new. Like my insurance company, I give Maceil's my highest recommendation, and if bad karma strikes my vehicle again, I guarantee I am going to Maceil's Auto Body.
