This is the worst body shop I have ever worked with in my entire life. We moved from Wisconsin to California on the 16th of November. While on the way we were passing through Nebraska and got in an accident. With no other options for body shops around our insurance company unfortunately picked this place to fix our car. Today is January 3rd and the car is just now done. Debby had spoke to us and told us we could make payments for the ****,000 dollar deductible if need be, lucky us we got a paycheck so we could cover it so we said we would pay in full. Unfortunately the bank didn't process the check because of the holidays and it won't be available until tomorrow. So we called first thing and said we would be able to pay 250 today and the rest tomorrow. When we spoke to Debby she sighed and said "let me check with my manager" then came back on the phone and said he told her no. AFTER THEY ALREADY TOLD US IN THE FIRST PLACE WE COULD. Now it wouldn't be an issue to pay tomorrow except for the fact that the towing company needs to pick up the car today to ship the rest of the way to California. So we asked to speak to Kevin the manager and he was extremely rude saying he didn't trust us and he runs the best business in the area and he doesn't care about our business that we just need to pay up. Now 1st off if he had said that we had to pay up front we would have had it. 2nd they need to be up front so that we can be prepared. If you have any chance do not use this place they have horrible customer service!!!
