i brought my car in on Tuesday night, because the part had been ordered and would be in on Wednesday. Wednesday, I was called and told the part was on back order and unsure when it would be available. I asked that the car be reassembled and I would get my car. Then to call me when the part arrived. Enrique called back and said they found the part. Instead of my car being ready Thursday. Thursday came and I was told the company who delivered the part does not deliver on Thursday. The part came in late Friday. I did not get my car until late Monday. Over the weekend and the following Monday we were scrambling. Yes , this whole chain of events was a real drag!

I (thus far) have no issue with the work quality on my vehicle repair. My issue is the following: At least twice during the 2nd week of repair work, I was told my vehicle would be ready that evening. That Thursday, after hours, I received a form email only, stating that the vehicle would be ready the following Monday, with no explanation. When I was able to speak to someone the following morning (Friday), I was told the return date would be Monday, possibly Tuesday. The "problem" was not well explained, and I felt "re-prioritized."
