I was satisfied with all aspects of my experience @ J&C, EXCEPT for the fact that they LOST my front license plate!!! Now I have to take time out of my day to go to the DMV (NOT the happiest place on earth) to get new plates. The staff was apologetic & accommodating, and I understand that accidents happen, but I find something like this inexcusable. There should be a certain procedure in place in order to prevent such things from happening. Is there not a "safe place" in which license plates are kept while a car is being repaired?!
