The repair was perfect. Whoever cleaned the car after the repair was completed used a cleaning chemical on my polished aluminum wheels that stained them and required me to spend 5 hours removing the wheels and polishing the stains out of the aluminum.

My experience with your collision repair team was very pleasant. They were courteous and followed through with what they said they'd do. Lance was friendly and timely in giving me an estimate and kept me up on what was going on. When I picked up my car there was still a minor problem but it was swiftly rectified. I feel that Riley Toyota is an honest company that has the customers' comfort and needs to come first.

**** when I picked the vehicle up the computer screen for the radio navigation system was not working I thought it was turned off it was not I called the body shop they told me to take it to service everything was closing service had no idea so they told me I had to bring it back next week 2 I had a fire arm in the vehicle which I should have removed but did not and it is now missing so someone stole it while it was at Riley collision center. A police report will be fired on this theft as it is valued over 1200 3 the windshield in it is absolutely not correct

The repair on the bumper was great, but this time, just like the last time my bumper was fixed, the headlights are now fogged up immediately after the repair. It's like something they did during the repair caused the seal to break on the headlight casings to allow moisture in. It's a huge pain to fix!
