We purchased a vehicle January from Roper Kia and it needed a paint repair on the bumper which was promised at purchase. When it was completed the car came back to us and the bumper continued to drop from its original position. We took the car back recently to have it fixed and when my husband inspected the car it was still loose. Now we have to make another return visit to have the bumper fixed. I am unclear why someone cannot see that the part was not placed back on properly in the first place. I was very disappointed that I still have to make a return visit to get it fixed. I can tell you if I did business and turned a product out that was this poor repeatedly, I would be out of business.

Very nice job on the repairs- the only discouraging part was it took longer than expected due to receiving wrong parts. This also happened when I had my other car fixed earlier this year. I am very pleased with the work and price. The employees are very friendly and helpful. Will recommend
