We were very pleased with the initial work done but we did find damage that we believe was not on the vehicle before going to the body shop. This damage was taken care of in a timely manner but still inconvenienced us. The people were kind and easy to work with and seemed very eager to help, overall we are mostly satisfied.

Repairs were not finished in time frame stated. Some repairs wre overlooked. Asked repto look over truck with me and he did not come outside when I picked up the truck. PDR fixed dents but not scratches. Truck was not cleaned prior to me picking it up.

Appreciate being assisted immediately by putting collision wrap over damaged area to prevent inside damage. Everyone was courteous. The messages to update progress - Great!! Notifying me of added need of repair, so longer expected finish date!! Great to be able to make plans accordingly! Great to get my vehicle back looking like it should! Thank you!

I now have small spots of white paint on my black car.some is on my hood and i have some on my headlights. I'm not that upset bc they did fix my bumper very quickly and they made the experience simple but I do not appreciate the new paint

Thank you to everyone for taking care of my car. The body work is incredible and the paint job is wonderful, the interior is immaculate and the detail work was a special surprise. I appreciated the text updates so I knew my car was still on your radar. Everyone was incredibly professional and caring. Best of all, I got my car back 3 days earlier than anticipated. Thanks again!
