Have, luckily, had very little to do with repair shops in my 67 years. So not much to compare with. BUT, the professionalism, positive and aware care, the clear interest in my satisfaction, a shop full of apparently happy folks...I don't need to know the repair business....any business behaving as do you folks gets an A.
