Your team was perfect, I loved the daily text messages giving me an update on my car. My service person was awesome when he called and when I dropped and picked up my car. They were slso very professional and lnformative about rental car, statuses etc. I would definitely use your anytime I have repairs. Thanks for a job well done

You did a wonderful job on my car; not only did you repair the damage but you gave my car a 'much needed' "detailed cleaning" 'inside and out'. My car looked like the day I first bought it. You made the whole experience a joyful ???? one. The staff felt like friends because they are so friendly. I was kept informed conveniently via text message and was never left wondering out in the dark about the status of my car. It was done ahead of schedule which was a nice surprise. Treated well and received my car in three days. I especially liked the follow up with me by text. The only unpleasant experience was to find out that I had to pay my deductible from a collision that was not my fault. Not the responsibility of Service King but would have liked to have known that I would be out of pocket as their had been no coordination with Allstate. The appointment was set up by Allstate with Service King as my answer to where I wanted my car repaired. However, there was no coordination regarding the coordination with the responsible party that was also an Allstate policy holder. It seems that I was left holding the bag. I will pursue with Allstate.

Many minor mistakes were done with the painting of my front bumper, chips and bubbles are notice. It's a white color car so any minor detail are very visible, I can see that's it's was a black color bumper used to repair my car. You can notice paint chip on the edges of the bumper, I assumed it happens when it was assembled. Also the inside of my car was not clean, dust inside and in the carpet, also a smoke sent inside and I Don't smoke at all.
