The daily updates were awesome. Pick up if vehicle really easy. The car looked fantastic. The staff and my advisor were great and I got my car before Christmas. As a result, I will tell all my friends and associates to use Service King on 1960 and will the first place I think if when I need repairs on my vehicles. First it took nine days longer than what they originally said it was going to take it was supposed to be finished on the 30th and it finished on the 9th of December secondly when I pick my vehicle up there were several new scratches and other issues with the vehicle that were not there before it look like somebody laid something against my truck and scratched the opposite side up as well as the center console pieces which had several new big deep scratches. As far as the work was concerned everything seems satisfactory however I'm very unhappy with how my truck came back to me. I will be contacting the manager on Monday

Thank you. The car looks good for the second time I went there. The first time not aligned for the parts, but they fixed it quickly and did a great job. I recommend they check quality before calling us to collect our repaired car. The text messages were nice. The staff was personable and easy to work with.

Easy, seamless, quick process from start to finish. Very satisfied with how my trucks repairs look. I always use Service King for body repairs to my vehicle. This is my fourth or fifth time using y'all.
