Tina, the lady at the desk, was exceptionally pleasant and helpful ---she was a wonderful and calming intro re what to do to get started with my auto repair. I also appreciated the email messages that kept me aware of the progress on that repair.

My experience was very good at Service King. The process was fairly quick and just as I was told it would be. I was continually updated which was nice and the work was great.

My car wasn't done on the correct day, but I have patients because things happen for a reason. Overall I'm satisfied with the work they've done with my car. Thank you for the hard work you guys did for my car. It looks brand new as if I just got it out of the dealership.

I can say the entire process was easy. Well for me anyway. This was the first major incident I had even been in, and that it was about to be a long and difficult process. However, Marcus stayed in touch with me constantly giving me updates , and how repairs were coming along. Great customer service.
