The passenger side quarter panel was damaged in the rear end collision and was not repaired. Car is new (bought in Sept) and I requested it be fixed where it was "like new". Trunk lid and quarter panel do not meet properly. Brought it to Service King because it was AllState preferred. Am bringing it back for further work. Just want it done right. Repair was "quick and dirty". Not to the level of excellence I requested or expected. Have already called AllState to let them know I was dissatisfied and they said to bring it back in

I had to come back twice. The first time it still had a dent in it. I told Them that was unacceptable and they did it over. However, the process was very long for a small job.
