****) I should not have had to contact you all in order to check on the status of my car, you all should have notified me. If you say that something is going to be ready on a certain day and it's going to be delayed, it is your responsibility to let the customer know. I have no problem with delays and understand that things happen, but it is imperative that you communicate this with your customers.
2) I found a nail in my tire the day that I picked it up. I took it to a shop and this cost me 20. You all should do complete reviews of each car you repair to make sure that you haven't caused unintentional damage. I would greatly appreciate it if you all would consider reimbursing me for this charge that I had to pay.
3) I picked up my car and realized that the license plate was not put back on my car. I had to request to have this put on. This should be standard procedure.

Due to the fact that you did not properly set up my car rental I am now being charged by Enterprise for 202.41
You did not tell them that I already had insurance with Allstate and it should have rolled over when I rented with Enterprise. I was also told by Liz that if I drop off the car on Wednesday, January 20 I would not be charged for it. Now I'm being charged for the 20th. I expect this to be resolved soon.
