The initial repair wasn't quite right, but my service advisor, Joe Barnes, did an excellent job in addressing those issues and making sure everything was taken care of. He made sure the repair was correct and that I was happy. Thank you to Joe Barnes!!

My service advisor Cody Fortenberry was excellent. He kept me informed and explained everything that was done to the car in detail. Friendly and explained the company and how it handles it's customers the day I picked up the car. He is an asset to Service King. Thank you again Donald N

Though things were a little delayed due to insurance processes my truck looks good and they are very professional. This is my go-to shop, as I have been a customer for years...since it was Sterling. Looking forward to the same top shelf customer service if ever need "bump" help again.

Service completion time was significantly over promised. Did not receive update about my trunk issue until I picked up the vehicle. Would have been nice to had gotten a call.

I did have issues getting a rental car. I called two days prior to co firm my appt snd to make sure rental was good to go. Two days later and I get to service King and they tell me they have no record of a rental reservation after I was told twice before that my rental would be ready. I had to bring my vehicle back the next day after they told me they would have to get verification from my insurance. I came back the next day and again, the enterprise agent couldn't find my reservation. I think in the future you should have customer talk to the enterprise agent to confirm reservation instead of letting Service King rep confirm the rental. I did talk to the rental car Mgr and she told me not to worry about the gas so I didn't need to refill tank which helped but it was a frustrating experience.
